We've got the perfect idea for those looking for adventures in Florence and Tuscany! However, before booking a hot air balloon flight, please read our terms and conditions, and our tips for a safe flight.
If the Pilot has to cancel your hot air balloon flight due to wind and/or weather or technical reasons, it will be rescheduled to the next mutually convenient day. No flight, no charge.
If you cancel your ballooning experience within one week, a cancellation charge of 25% of the total will be required-Your booking will be confirmed by submitting a credit card number as guarantee.
If you do not show up at the airfield for your hot air balloon flight, on the day and time established, the total amount will be retained from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- We consider the hot air balloon flight booked with a credit card number as guarantee.
- Passengers with recent lower limb operations and pregnant women cannot fly in a hot air balloon.
- Make sure you are physically fit. Flying in a hot air balloon is not recommended for people with heart problems, back problems, if you are pregnant. Please consult your doctor or our staff if you are unsure of your suitability to go ballooning in Florence.
- Children over 110 cm of height are allowed to fly in a hot air balloon.
- Dress in layers, the air is very fresh in the morning, but it can warm up quickly during the hot air balloon adventure.
- Wear comfortable shoes, the grass is often damp early in the morning, and remember we can land in the middle of a large field.
- The Pilot is in charge of the aircraft, please follow their instructions and listen to the passenger briefing carefully because it includes important safety information, and your landing position requirements.
- Make sure you are on time as the hot air balloon cannot wait for you!
- Call the hot air balloon passenger’s hotline (+39) 348 1561466 to get up to date information prior to your ballooning adventure.
- Remember that many hot air balloon flights end up with the basket lying on its side, this is perfectly normal.
- You can safely take pictures during the hot air balloon ride, unleash the photographer in you.
- Hot air ballooning is considered one of the safest forms of flight!
